Rodrigo Duarte was born into a pig farm family with over 100 years of experience, Rodrigo is a Lifelong Pig Farmer & Executive Butcher, overseeing & managing the process from pasture, raising the pork & the traditional hands-on process of carved charcuterie. Rodrigo offers the highest quality pork available in the world due to its unique flavor, rare intramuscular fat & abundance of nutrition.
