The County of Sussex\, the Sussex County Beekeepers Association and the Garden State Garlic Growers are joining with the Sussex County Farm and Horse Show to showcase New Jersey’s great northwest. \nWe’ll have a farmers market where you can buy fresh\, local Sussex County products like fruit\, vegetables\, cheese\, wine and more. The Sussex County Beekeepers Association will have educational displays and materials along with an array of honey products. DESCRIPTION:The 7th annual Sussex County Harvest\, Honey and Garlic Festival will be held at the Sussex County Fairgrounds\, 37 Plains Road\, Augusta\, on October 8th from 10am – 4pm. This Festival is a celebration of agritourism\, ecotourism and arts & heritage tourism. The County of Sussex\, the Sussex County Beekeepers Association and the Garden State Garlic Growers are joining with the Sussex County Farm and Horse Show to showcase New Jersey’s great northwest. \nThere will be a farmers market where you can buy fresh\, local Sussex County and Jersey Fresh products including fruit\, vegetables\, flowers and wine. The Sussex County Beekeepers Association will have educational displays and materials along with an array of honey products. For those who are into all things garlic\, you’ll have plenty to choose from with the Garden State Garlic Growers. The Festival will also include displays and information from environmental\, agricultural and heritage organizations highlighting northern New Jersey’s great open spaces and history. This talented musical act is known mostly for their unique song selection\, tight vocal harmonies\, and small but mighty horn section. Their diverse repertoire (well over 200 songs) consists of everything from the classic music of the 70’s to the latest chart topping hits. Lead vocalist\, Victoria Butz\, has been fronting the band for the past nine years.
