Anthony Ventimiglia\, who is the wine maker at our farm winery is the most knowledgeable about the current stages of the many wines in our cellar. \nAmong other chocolates\, we will provide complimentary luscious fudge infused with our Cabernet Franc. The fudge\, produced by Sue Garbowski of “Sue’s House of Fudge” in Riverdale will also be available for purchase… in time for Valentine’s Day or for Mardi Gras! [Check them out on Facebook.] Of course\, your favorite valentines will “fall in love” with our Ventimiglia Vineyard wines! The perfect gift!

The Festival is a celebration of agritourism\, ecotourism and arts & heritage tourism. The County of Sussex\, the Sussex County Beekeepers Association and the Garden State Garlic Growers are joining with the Sussex County Farm and Horse Show to showcase New Jersey’s great northwest. \nWe’ll have a farmers market where you can buy fresh\, local Sussex County products like fruit\, vegetables\, cheese\, wine and more. The Sussex County Beekeepers Association will have educational displays and materials along with an array of honey products. For those who love all things garlic\, you’ll have plenty to choose from with the Garden State Garlic Growers. The Festival will include local artisans\, crafters and vendors plus displays highlighting northern New Jersey’s great open spaces and natural history. For kids there’ll be a hay ride\, pumpkin painting\, face painting and crafts. \nThe Sussex County Harvest\, Honey and Garlic Festival is a free\, family event. DESCRIPTION:We are happy to return as one of the hosting farms for this annual New Jersey bike ride! \nThe Tour de Farm Sussex County\, on Sunday\, September 2\, 2018\, is one of two 2018 bicycling tours which will help promote our NJ Farmers and their Farms. \nThe Sussex County Cycling Tour starts and ends at: \nSussex County Fairgrounds\n37 Plains Road\nAugusta\, NJ \nThey will be offering 3 different rides at the Tour de Farm Sussex County: \nShortest = 15.3 miles \nMedium = 24.3 miles \nLongest = 47.7 miles \nRide distances are mainly determined by which farms are participating. \nA cycling ticket includes: \nA locally-sourced breakfast\, a TDF t-shirt (for the first 400 registrants)\, participant wristband\, small tastings along the cycling route\, energy bars/snacks and water along the cycling route\, bathrooms at each farm\, free day-of parking at the start/finish\, route signage marking every turn\, cue sheets\, and SAG wagon support. DESCRIPTION:It’s time for our annual\n“Wine and Chocolate” Weekends\nSaturday and Sunday\, February 3 & 4 and 10 & 11\n 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM \nA $10 tasting fee includes sampling of our outstanding wines\, sampling of delectable chocolates\, and tours of the wine production cellar. Anthony Ventimiglia\, who is the wine maker at our farm winery is the most knowledgeable about the current stages of the many wines in our cellar. Most of the 2017 wines will have completed their secondary fermentation\, and there is an array of “more mature” wines aging and smoothing out in oak barrels and stainless vats. \nAmong other chocolates\, we will provide complimentary luscious fudge infused with our Cabernet Franc. The fudge\, produced by Sue Garbowski of “Sue’s House of Fudge” in Riverdale will also be available for purchase… in time for Valentine’s Day or for Mardi Gras! [Check them out on Facebook.] Of course\, your favorite valentines will “fall in love” with our Ventimiglia Vineyard wines! The perfect gift!

The County of Sussex\, the Sussex County Beekeepers Association and the Garden State Garlic Growers are joining with the Sussex County Farm and Horse Show to showcase New Jersey’s great northwest. \nThere will be a farmers market where you can buy fresh\, local Sussex County and Jersey Fresh products including fruit\, vegetables\, flowers and wine. The Sussex County Beekeepers Association will have educational displays and materials along with an array of honey products.
