Grapes: A blend including Steuben, Maréchal Foch, LaCrescent and Cayuga.
Taste/Nose: Jammy. Nose is a bit floral, perhaps lemongrass.
Food Pair: A great Sangria wine, good with food, including pizza, bright salads, marinated arugula, or nutty foods would offset and compliment this wine.
Label: My sister-in-law, Joan’s, sketches from ABT. Gene’s niece, Danielle is a stage manager at ABT allowing Joan to sketch some of the dancers.
Misc: Much lighter tasting than it looks.
Fun Fact: La Sorella means “The Sister”
Price: $15.89
